<li>Monitor and maintain project cost, schedule, and performance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.</li>



<li>Conduct regular meetings with Government Program Managers to provide updates, address risks, and ensure deliverable expectations are met.</li>



<li>Serve as a strategic advisor to government personnel by offering analytical insights and guidance for project execution.</li>



<li>Facilitate the development and implementation of program and project-level strategies.</li>



<li>Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues in a timely manner.</li>



<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.</li>



<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, policies, and BPA requirements.</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Demonstrated experience in project and/or program management, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.</li>



<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>



<li>Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with government and stakeholder audiences.</li>



<li>Demonstrated leadership and operational management capabilities.</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Experience &amp; Education</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Option 1:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field and a minimum of <strong>5 years of progressive program/project management experience</strong>.</li>



<li><strong>Option 2:</strong> Associate degree in a related field and a minimum of <strong>8 years of relevant experience</strong>.</li>



<li>Experience supporting or working within the <strong>Land Management Integrated Resources BPA</strong> or similar federal contracting environments is highly preferred.</li>



<li>At least <strong>one (1) year of direct project management experience</strong> is required.</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Experience working with federal agencies, particularly in land management or natural resource programs.</li>



<li>Familiarity with government project reporting tools, performance tracking, and compliance standards.</li>



<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.</li>
</ul>
