Management Services are provided for the users on the system:
TIER 0 – Project-Based Subcontractor to the Joint Venture (Tier-0) Outside the Joint Venture and are deemed supporting subcontractors aligning their Agency, NAICs, and PSC to our efforts for teaming.
Is a channel relationship Project-based Partners are formed outside the JV to collaborate on a specific project, usually with a specific goal and timeline. The participants pool their resources, expertise, and capabilities to achieve the project’s goals more effectively than they could individually.
Once the project is completed or the desired outcome is achieved, the joint venture subcontracting relationship may end, and the partnering companies may go back to operating independently or collaborate on other projects in the future.
Services include the following:

- ClearPoint – Opportunity, BD-Intel, and Registration System
- PinPoint ATS – Resume database Posting and PDs & PQs
- JV Community Membership for Teaming – The JV has Certifications, Clearances, Vehicles, and Fast Track Task Orders, we perform the Bid submission

TIER 1 – Function-based subcontractor to the joint venture (Tier-1) Outside the Joint Venture

- JV Community Membership for Teaming – The JV has Certifications, Clearances, Vehicles, and Fast Track Task Orders, we perform the Bid submission
- All Vehicle and task order opportunity registrations are available to all members
- Average win is 20 million and the win is 33%
- Service is provided on a minimum of 4 proposals yearly (included).
- Training will be provided on all systems included.
- Color Team Reviews are Blue Team and Blackhat reviews
- WBS workshare is defined at the end of the Blackhat
BidPoint Proposal – Proposal Management Secure System
Towers, Products, and Services segmentation – All Key aspects of experience, and function services for Alignment services are included in networking and teaming with the Joint Venture partners.
Scope: Function-based joint ventures focus on specific business functions.
Duration: Tend to be ongoing, as they often involve continuous business functions, while other types are typically time-bound, concluding when the specific project is completed.
Flexibility: Companies can choose to form a separate legal entity or operate under a less formal agreement, depending on their needs and objectives, the Goal is to mature

Tier 2 – Vertical Joint-Venture (Tier 2) Inside the Joint Venture
A vertical joint venture is a strategic collaboration between companies at different stages of the supply chain (e.g. manufacturers, distributors, or retailers). The main goal of this type of partnership is to optimize the supply chain by combining the unique capabilities and resources of each company, leading to increased efficiency, cost savings, and better control over production and distribution processes.

- PM services are interactive and support all color Review to our Tier 2 Lead GOVCON pratners

- Knowledge Management Library

- Service is provided with no minimum number of proposals, this is based on our capacity and your ability to follow the rules for alignment to PWIN (included).
